On February 23, 2010, Correlogic submitted testimony in support of legislation to create a tax credit program for investment in Montgomery County Maryland biotech companies. This initiative would be similar to the Maryland State tax credit program. Correlogic was certified as a qualified Maryland biotech company under the State law, and in its most recent funding round, investors were able to participate in the State program. On June 21, 2006, Dr. Brian Mansfield, Correlogic's VP for Research and Development, spoke before the BioIT Coalition at the UMBI Columbus Center. His presentation entitled "Correlogic - A Clinical Diagnostics Company Using Proteomics, Metabolomics and BioIT" discussed Correlogic's, technology, products and services, intellectual property and their application to the development of diagnostic tests.
